There is little doubt that Sarah changed my mind  about the effects of BSR.

Suffering from chronic shoulder and back pain as both a cyclist and runner, I suddenly realised, after a few sessions, that I  was running and riding better than ever and my usual ‘pain’ areas were not  painful any more.

When lifting, use the thigh muscles.  Hold the object close to the body and avoid twisting.
